Hospi Travels South

Hospi, The Wellington Childrens Hospital mascot took a little trip down south today. Hospi even got to spend a little time on the flight deck of a Boeing 737, courtesy of some very friendly Air New Zealand Aircrew. Then in Christchurch we all headed to Hagley Park, and saw the first of the spring daffodils. After that it was out to the New Brighton Pier, and a few slow shutter speed shots of the pier, which was beautifully lit with coloured lights.
The evening was capped off when we all had a great evening being hosted by The New Brighton Photographic Society. The results of The New Brighton National Photojournalism Competition were shown. Many of the images were stunning. The highlight was the Annual Canterbury Digital Battle of the Clubs, which the Rangiora Photographic Society won. It was a great night of superb imagery, and neat hospitality.
Have a look at the previous blog, and you will see Photography by Woolf have a Hospi Family and or Individual Group Promotion, which not only offers great savings, but also will benefit The Wellington Childrens Hospital.
