Q. How will I contact you?

Q. What will happen to my existing order?

A. Existing orders will be delivered from Frames +. If possible, please phone ahead during the month of September on (04) 917 68 61

Q. Can I still order images from past years? 

A. You can order prints from our studio, as well as digital files or negatives until 16 September.  After this time digital images and negatives will be placed in storage.  Retrieval may be possible subject to arrangement.  Please call us on (04) 917 68 61 or email us at info@woolf.co.nz

 Q. Will you continue to store my images?

A. Very old historical files, (negatives) will be stored at an Archive facility.


  Booking my photo sessions (Portraits, Commercial work, Events & Workshops)

Q. How do I book my Photo-session?

A. Phone us on (04) 917 68 61 to book. We will also have an online booking system for all photographic sittings, from October 2016. You can book your family photos, personal portfolio images, commercial photography, events and Weddings.

A drop-down menu will give you all the options you need, as well as a commentary box so that we can understand your exact requirements.  

Q. How do I know that you have received my booking?

A. An email confirmation will be sent to you after you have booked, If we see you have special requirements phone call by one of our staff members, who will go through your comments and make sure that we understand your exact requirements.

Q. Will you be available on week-ends and after-hours for outdoor and Studio photography sessions?

A. Yes. We ask that all photographic sittings be booked either by phone (04- 917 68 61) , email (info@woolf.co.nz) or via our online booking system from October, to ensure we can deliver you the best service. Our photographers will be available after hours and Saturdays and Sun mornings. 

Q. Will sessions be more expensive on week-ends and after-hours?

For most bookings there will be no extra charge.  There may be a travel surcharge applied?  Special events held on weekends and after hours will be charged at commercial rate.  Commercial / event / large function bookings are subject to quotation – please contact us. 


Viewing my images (PORTRAITS, COMMERCIAL WORK, EVENTS & WORKSHOPS)

Q. Where will I be able to view my images taken by Woof Photography?

A. For studio sittings, individual / family portraiture, weddings and other special event photography we will come to you! 

If your photography was taken at a graduation, investiture or formal occasion the images will be available to view and order online.

Q. After my photo-shoot, will images be available to view online for us to choose?

A. After a photo-shoot, we would love to show them to you personally.

In the event that this is not possible,your images will be made available via our website for all portrait, event, commercial and wedding photo-shoots. Your online photography sitting images will be password protected.


Ordering MY IMAGES (PORTRAITS, COMMERCIAL WORK, EVENTS & WORKSHOPS)

 Q. Will I still order online through the Woolf website?

A. Yes!

Q. Can I order digital images as well as order prints?

A. Yes, you will have this option. Digital images will be available in High Resolution, (for print) and also in Low Resolution, (handy for email and social media use).

 Q. Can I order a photo book of my photo-shoot session?

A. Yes, you can! You will need to select the images, select a template, and we will do the rest!

Q. How long before I receive printed orders and or Digital images ordered via your website?

A. Digital images will be available for you to download once you have placed your order. Prints and other products will be supplied to you within 5 working days.

 Q. Will the prints I order still be the same quality?

A. Absolutely! Woolf Photography will always been committed to delivering you the highest quality image.

Q. Can I bring my own images to Woolf to have printed?

A. Woolf will no longer offer this service.  Woolf recommends Photo Warehouselocated at

140 Victoria Street Wellington (04) 385 1542.

Q. Can I have my image retouched if required?

A. Yes this is possible. Woolf Photography will offer two levels of image service:

  •  Original high quality images taken by expert photographer, (unedited for those who prefer to manage their own images)
  •  Enhanced images produced by our digital technician.

Q. Where can I have my photograph taken?

A. We are mobile and can photograph you at your place of business, home or other preferred location, (for areas outside Wellington travel costs will apply).  If you prefer a studio sitting, we can schedule your photo in a handy central Wellington location. All sessions will be by appointment.

 Q. Will you still offer a framing service?

A. Yes the Frames + service will continue to operate from the current 286 Lambton Quay location.  

 Q. Will you have a selection of frames available online for me to choose once I have ordered my images?

A. Frames + can frame your image, offering a quality, value for money service.

 Q. Can I still order products including: albums, fine art prints, coffee table books, canvas prints, and digital high resolution images via email / disc / USB?

A. Yes all these options will be available online.

 Q Will Woolf Photography offer any new services?

A. Yes Woolf Photography will offer:

  •  A mobile service for photography – convenient easy quick
  •  After your photos are taken, we'll show them to you  at your preferred location - in your lunchbreak at a café or your home? (greater Wellington area) so you can select and order your favourites.
  •  More workshops! There will be workshops with special interest photography offered throughout the year.  Workshops can be tailored for your group or organisation.
  • Special Photographic events – watch this space!

Q. What is your delivery time for framed products?

A. Delivery time for framed prints and images is 2-3 weeks


 Cancellations and Refunds

Q. What is your cancellation policy for photo-shoot bookings?

A. For sittings at your location or in our studio a 50% cancellation fee will be charged if your booking is cancelled within 1-5 days.

For cancellations less than 24 hours from the date of your confirmed booking date no refund applies.  In exceptional circumstances refunds may be agreed to at the discretion of Woolf Photography.

 Q. Do you offer refunds for ordered products?

A. Woolf Photography comply with NZ consumer laws – please contact us to discuss your situation.


Complaints and putting it right

Q. Who can I address a complaint to, and how do I know it will be actioned?

A. At Woolf, our top priority is to deliver the best possible service, so we take all feedback very seriously. If you have a complaint or would like something addressed, please send us an email to info@woolf.co.nz and we will reply within 2 working days.
